Is this product reusable?
Yep! The FLIP ZERO EV is fully washable and can be used multiple times. Although the item comes with a sample of lubricant, we recommend TENGA HOLE LOTION for further use.

Is this product electronic?
Yep! The FLIP ZERO EV can be used both manually and with its electronic vibration! The FLIP ZERO EV houses two vibration cores in the elastomer sleeve, meaning rumbling vibrations travel throughout the item for direct stimulation. The vibrating cores are on opposite ends of the item, so the vibrations come from all around you.

What vibration variations exist?
There are five vibration varieties in total.
After turning on the element, pressing the button will cycle through the following modes: Low > Low. High > Pulse > Alternating > Random

Is the item fully washable?

• DO NOT immerse the charging base. This may cause electrical damage or electric shock.
• Do not wash the item in water hotter than 50 degrees Celsius (122 Fahrenheit), as this may deform or damage the elastomer sleeve.
• If you want to wash the item with soap, use a mild or neutral soap. Alcohols or very acidic/alkaline soaps can damage the elastomer sleeve.
• Make sure the item is completely dry before storing to prevent the build-up of mold or bacteria.

Can I use the charging base to dry the item when it is wet? A small amount of water leaking from the previous item should not be a problem.
However, do not wash the charging base completely or get it completely wet.

• Please avoid charging the item in the bathroom or near any water source that may submerge the charging base.
• Do not place anything other than the FLIP ZERO EV body or sliding arms on the charging base.

Can I carry the item while I dry it?
Yeah! After washing, dry the body and sliding arms of the FLIP ZERO EV with a dry cloth.
Connect the charging base. Then place the sliding arms on the charging base and place the open body on the sliding arms.
Leave in a dry, well-ventilated place.

Does the item come with lotion?
